You can run one-on-one lessons, group classes, or both from the same schedule, track attendance per lesson, and bill each student on a recurring or package basis. Teachers see only the students and slots assigned to them.

You decide how missed sessions are handled. You can enable makeup sessions, where a missed lesson creates a credit and you or the teacher schedule a makeup from open slots, and the parent is notified of the new time. If you would rather not offer makeups, you can instead let parents reschedule in advance, within the lead time, per-cycle limits, and capacity rules you set.

Yes. Happy Kamper's milestone tracking supports configurable grade levels for each instrument or dance style. You define your own grade progression and record when each student reaches a new level. Progress reports compiled from these records can be shared with parents on whatever interval you choose, from weekly to quarterly.

Happy Kamper supports monthly, term, and package-based billing. For term-based schools, you can align billing with your school terms and send invoices at the start of each term. For session packages like 10 or 20 lessons, the system tracks how many sessions each student has used and how many remain, so you can send a renewal before a package runs out. Parents pay with standard local payment methods, and every payment lands in your revenue dashboard.

Happy Kamper handles the communication with parents. It does not manage the event bookings or logistics themselves.
