Class capacity is enforced so a session never goes over its limit, and directors see a consolidated view of all sessions, coaches, and enrolled students in one place.

Happy Kamper supports both monthly membership billing and session-package billing, for example 10-session or 20-session bundles. Invoices are generated automatically on your billing cycle and sent to parents in the app with a payment link, and parents pay with standard local payment methods. The system tracks how many sessions each student has used and how many remain, so you can send a renewal before a package runs out.
