About This Class

Ballet for Advanced Foundation Level is designed for teens or adults ballet students who have mastered intermediate techniques and are ready for more advanced training. This level focuses on refining technical precision, strength, and artistry through challenging barre and center work. Dancers practice complex turns, jumps, and intricate combinations with an emphasis on performance quality and musical interpretation. Pointe work becomes more advanced, requiring control, stability, and endurance. Students are also introduced to variations and repertoire, preparing them for pre-professional or vocational ballet programs including international examination. Discipline, commitment, and a passion for dance are essential at this level.
