Ballet for Intermediate Foundation Level is designed for dancers who have a solid grasp of basic ballet technique and are ready to progress to more challenging work. At this level, students refine their technique through more complex barre and center exercises, focusing on precision, strength, and artistry. They develop greater control, flexibility, and coordination while learning intricate turns, jumps, and linking steps. Emphasis is placed on musicality, performance quality, and correct use of ballet terminology. This level often includes introductory pointe work for those ready, helping dancers transition toward advanced ballet training.
